Terms of use
These Terms govern your use of ClaroMail, including the Chrome extension and this website. By using ClaroMail, you agree to them.
Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. The service
ClaroMail helps you clean a Microsoft mailbox by sender: scan a folder, review senders, move selected mail to Deleted Items, and create server-side inbox rules on that mailbox. You choose every delete and block action. ClaroMail does not permanently purge mail; Microsoft still holds Deleted Items and any rules you create.
2. Early access
ClaroMail may be offered as prerelease or invite-only software. Features can change, break, or be withdrawn. Early access is provided “as is” for evaluation. We may update or end it at any time.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use ClaroMail only on mailboxes you are authorized to manage, and only for lawful purposes.
- Review senders before you delete or block. You are responsible for the mailbox changes you confirm.
- Do not misuse the extension, attempt to disrupt it, or reverse engineer it except where allowed by law.
- Microsoft’s terms also apply to your Microsoft account and mailbox.
4. Accounts and access
Access may be limited to people we invite. Keep your Microsoft account and devices secure. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the product.
5. Intellectual property
ClaroMail, its name, branding, and software are owned by Grovik LLC or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the extension and site for personal, non-commercial use as offered.
6. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClaroMail is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every sender grouping will be complete.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of ClaroMail — including mail moved to Deleted Items or inbox rules created on your mailbox. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for ClaroMail in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if it is free).
8. Privacy
Your use of ClaroMail is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
