How it works

Four passes in Scan, then you decide what leaves the mailbox.

  1. Scan Read a folder, find already-blocked leftovers, move them to Deleted Items, then analyze who you’ve emailed.
  2. Review & clean Delete, block, or delete + block by address or entire domain. Keep the senders you still want.
  3. Recover or keep Restore mistakes from Deleted Items, or add domains like adobe.com to a Keep list so they stay out of future scans.

Soft delete by design

Claro moves mail to Deleted Items. It does not permanently purge your mailbox. Block rules live on Microsoft’s servers — they keep working when the extension is closed.
